Chef Brent's Homemade Sausage Recipes…

The first Sausage Recipe is an Elk, sun-dried cranberry, pistachio, mushroom and Italian parsley.
The second Sausage Recipe is a Buffalo, Habenero, and sun-dried mango, jerk spices.
This Habenero and sun-dried mango sausage is also offered with chicken as a substitute for the buffalo.
My Sausages are fully cooked and have a light smoke on them.

The cost is $4.95 a pound plus shipping. A 10lb minimum order is required.
