Brent's Seasonal Entrees
We will always buy the freshest seafood, meats, and
vegetables available. We use local produce grown in
Salida and Palisades, Colorado. Most items are cooked
in peanut, canola or olive oil. Our specialty products
come from Italco in Denver, a very high quality importer.
